What was the highlight of Windsor Rajadhani Hotel
Good
The breakfast buffet and food was really good and alot of south Indian food options available. The staff was very helpful prompt and available to provide service at anytime during the day. We called them to fix the refrigerator late at night as we checked in late and it was done.
The property is old and beautiful but does needs maintenance.

Good
Considering that this is an older hotel, the rooms are quite large, immaculate, and well-maintained.The room had a nice clean toilet, and the staff was quite kind.Overall, I had a pretty pleasant time.
Since the buffet space was not air conditioned during this peek summer, it was very uncomfortable for us to eat dinner and breakfast. The dining room was slightly untidy and had an odor.They did had a large buffet dinner but breakfast was not as elaborate as dinner.Beyond our room, which is directly over the restaurant, there is a locked door that I'm not sure links anywhere, but at night, I could hear people eating and cleaning dishes, giving the impression that we were sleeping in the kitchen.But the room are really huge really clean.

It was a comfortable stay except for the bed cover and food.
Safety and easy access to location.
1.Bed cover: For a king size bed they put two single blankets which was uncomfortable to sleep with. 2. The buffet menu is a repeat every day. For one day stay it is fine but if required to stay for 3 nights the food will get boring. 3. Room service was messed up. Wrong order was being sent on 2 occasions.

Comfortable stay.
The location suited my requirements. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Very family friendly.
The maintenance could be done better. The plumbing work (washbasin) needed servicing. The room service could be faster and more efficient. It was more than once assumed that the guest ordered non vegetarian food, even though vegetarian food was ordered.
